Ingredients

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.
3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, parsley, and garlic to form a paste.
