Ingredients

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, softened butter, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Mix until a dough forms, then roll into 1-inch balls.
4. Place the cheese balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
5. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon.
