Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1/4 inch thick fries.
3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil until evenly coated.
4. In a separate small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper.
5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the fries and toss until they are evenly coated.
6. Sprinkle the cornstarch over the fries and toss again to ensure an even coating.
7. Spread the fries out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store leftover sweet potato fries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or until warmed through and crispy.
