Ingredients

2 large cucumbers
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until the sugar dissolves.
3. Add the sliced cucumbers, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
