Ingredients

12 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, and gently stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
5. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and toss to coat in the Alfredo sauce.
6. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and gently mix until pasta is well-coated with the creamy sauce.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
