Creamy Mustard Beef Stroganoff
A unique twist on the classic Beef Stroganoff with a creamy mustard sauce, perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or a romantic meal, combining rich flavors with tender beef and earthy mushrooms.

Ingredients
1.5 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz egg noodles
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the beef until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add onions and sauté until soft, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes more.
3. Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, and reduce heat to medium. Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
4. Return the beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and serve topped with the beef mixture and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or microwave on medium power in 1-minute intervals, stirring in between.
