Creamy Herb Infusion

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup milk

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
2. Stir in the chopped chives, parsley, dill, and minced garlic.
3. Add salt, black pepper, and lemon juice, mixing until well incorporated.
4. Gradually add the milk to reach your desired dip consistency.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Storage

Store the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, allow the dip to come to room temperature. Optionally, microwave on low power for 20-30 seconds to soften slightly.
