16 oz fresh spinach leaves, washed and trimmed
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
