Creamy Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp butter
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Steam broccoli florets until just tender, about 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add steamed broccoli to the cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
5. Transfer the broccoli mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
6. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then stir in crushed Ritz crackers and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
7. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the broccoli mixture.
8. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
9. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating
