Ingredients

4 cups cubed day-old bread
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups whole milk
3 large eggs
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread and cranberries.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, milk, eggs, orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
4. Pour the liquid mixture over the bread and cranberries, ensuring all the bread is soaked. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb.
5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and drizzle melted butter over the top.
