Cranberry Citrus Relish Delight
A zesty twist on traditional cranberry relish, our Cranberry Citrus Relish Delight combines the tangy flavors of citrus with cranberries for a refreshing side dish perfect for holiday feasts.

Ingredients
12 oz fresh cranberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 orange, zested and juiced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup finely diced pineapple
Instructions
1. Rinse and drain the cranberries.
2. In a food processor, combine cranberries and sugar; pulse until finely chopped but not pureed.
3. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in orange zest, orange juice, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
4. Fold in chopped mint, walnuts, and pineapple.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Storage
Store the cranberry citrus relish in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Reheating
Reheat in a saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until warmed through, or serve chilled.
