Cranberry Citrus Delight Salad
A refreshing twist on the classic, this Cranberry Citrus Delight Salad combines zesty citrus flavors with tart cranberries for a vibrant and mouthwatering dish perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 package (3 oz) orange-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, dissolve the orange-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
2. Add 1/2 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well.
3. Stir in the cranberry sauce and mix until well combined.
4. Add the crushed pineapple, mandarin orange segments, chopped walnuts, and chopped celery. Mix gently to combine.
5. Stir in the fresh lemon juice to add a citrusy zing.
6. Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
7. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Reheating
This salad is best enjoyed chilled, reheating is not recommended.
