Ingredients
6 cups sliced apples
1 cup fresh cranberries
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond flakes
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, cranberries, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
3. Transfer the apple mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
4. In another bowl, mix oats, almond flakes, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
5. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the apple and cranberry blend.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until warmed through.
