Cook time: 40 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings
1 cup brewed strong coffee
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the coffee, soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Step 2: Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Step 6: Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce and enjoy!
