Classic Turkey Meatballs

Delicious, tender turkey meatballs with a blend of herbs and spices, perfect for any occasion. These meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix until just combined.
3. Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Storage

Store leftover turkey meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat meatballs in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until warmed through.
