2 cans (5 oz each) tuna packed in water, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 rib celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, breaking it apart with a fork.
2. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
3. Fold in the chopped celery, red onion, and parsley.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
