Classic Steamed Lobster Tails

Ingredients

4 lobster tails
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 lemon, halved
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Fill a large pot with about 2 inches of water and add the sea salt.
2. Squeeze the juice of one lemon half into the water and place a steaming rack inside the pot.
3. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
4. Place the lobster tails on the steaming rack, cover the pot, and steam for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
5. Meanwhile, mix the melted butter with chopped parsley and the juice from the remaining lemon half.
6. Remove the lobster tails from the pot and serve immediately with the parsley butter.

Storage

Store leftover lobster tails in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

To reheat, gently steam the lobster tails for 3-4 minutes until warmed through, or microwave on medium power for 1-2 minutes.
