Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz fettuccine
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Gradually add parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Storage
