Classic Sausage Stuffing
A timeless and savory sausage stuffing featuring crusty bread, aromatic herbs, and succulent sausage, perfect for enhancing your holiday meals.

Ingredients
1 lb Italian sausage
10 cups cubed crusty bread
2 cups diced onions
1 cup diced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings.
3. In the same skillet, add onions, celery, and garlic. Sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
4. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cooked sausage, sautéed vegetables, parsley, sage, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
5. Drizzle chicken broth and melted butter over the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
7. Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes to crisp the top.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
Storage
Store leftover stuffing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through, or microwave individual portions for 2-3 minutes.
