Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder.
2. Stir constantly until the mixture reaches a rolling boil and continue to boil for 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth.
