Ingredients

8 oz rotini pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, black olives, green bell pepper, red onion, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the vegetable and cheese mixture.
4. Pour Italian dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating
