Classic Homemade Bread Machine Bread

Ingredients

1 cup warm water (110°F/45°C)
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 envelope (.25 ounce) bread machine yeast
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Pour the warm water into the bread machine pan. Sprinkle the sugar and then the yeast over the water. Allow the yeast to activate for about 10 minutes until frothy.
2. Add in the vegetable oil, bread flour, and salt. Select the Basic or White Bread setting on your bread machine, and start the cycle.
3. Once the baking cycle is complete, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Storage

Store the bread in a bread box or airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
