Classic Garden Salsa

Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and garlic.
2. Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
3. Stir everything together until well combined.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Serve chilled as a dip or topping.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
