Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 can (15 oz) chili beans
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
4 cups Fritos corn chips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
2. Add the chili beans, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine and let simmer for 15 minutes.
3. In a serving dish, layer half of the Fritos corn chips.
