Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 envelope (1 oz) dry vegetable soup mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 baguette, sliced for serving
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
2. Stir in the thawed spinach, chopped water chestnuts, and dry vegetable soup mix.
3. Add grated Parmesan cheese and minced garlic, and mix well to combine.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
6. Serve chilled with sliced baguette.
Storage
Store the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, transfer the dip to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave on medium power for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
