Ingredients

8 oz elbow macaroni
1 lb crab meat, cooked and flaked
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, crab meat, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and fresh dill until well blended.
4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and crab mixture, and gently toss to coat evenly.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
6. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
