Ingredients
2 cans (6.5 oz each) minced clams, drained
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
2. Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
3. Gently fold in the minced clams and chopped parsley until evenly distributed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Serve chilled with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat gently in a microwave-safe dish for 30-60 seconds, stirring halfway through, if a warm dip is desired.
