Ingredients
2 cups of cream cheese (softened)
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup of blue cheese (crumbled)
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 cup of pecans (chopped)
1/4 cup of fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and blue cheese. Mix until well blended.
2. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
3. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
4. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans and fresh parsley, ensuring an even coating.
5. Serve with crackers, breadsticks, or fresh vegetables.
