Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until fully incorporated.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
5. Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
7. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
