Classic BLT Pasta Salad

Ingredients

1 lb rotini pasta
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
4. Gently fold in the crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, chopped romaine lettuce, and green onions until well combined.
5. Cover and refrigerate the pasta salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
6. Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing twist on a classic BLT.
