Classic Beef Marinade
A timeless beef marinade that enhances the natural flavor of beef with a balanced blend of savory ingredients, perfect for grilling or roasting.

Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until well combined.
2. Add in Dijon mustard and minced garlic, and mix thoroughly.
3. Season with freshly ground black pepper and onion powder, and whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
4. Place beef in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the beef is completely coated.
5. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
6. Remove the beef from the marinade and cook as desired, discarding any leftover marinade.
Storage
Store unused marinade in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Reheating
To reheat marinated beef, preheat the oven to 350°F and cook until warmed through, or heat in a skillet over medium heat.
