Ingredients
1.5 lbs flank steak
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
5. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
6. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet.
7. Assemble the tacos by filling each tortilla with slices of carne asada, and topping with cilantro, red onion, avocado, and queso fresco.
8. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Storage
Store leftover carne asada in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
