Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1.5 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup whole milk
Zest of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 orange
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract, lemon zest, orange zest, lemon juice, and orange juice.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix just until incorporated.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Once cooled, dust the top with powdered sugar before serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Reheating
To reheat, place a slice on a microwave-safe plate and heat in the microwave at medium power for 15-20 seconds or until just warmed through.
