Citrus Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Remove the pork from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Discard the marinade.
5. Grill the pork tenderloin for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
7. Serve warm, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place slices in a microwave-safe dish and cover loosely. Microwave on medium power for 1-2 minutes or until warmed through.
