Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lime zest
1 tbsp orange zest
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lime zest, orange zest, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring even coverage. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
4. Sprinkle fresh dill, thyme, and parsley over the salmon fillets. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Garnish with fresh lemon slices before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

To reheat, place the salmon in a preheated oven at 275°F (135°C) until warmed through, about 10 minutes.
