Ingredients
2 racks of baby back ribs
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, pepper, and salt to make the glaze.
3. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels and brush with olive oil.
4. Place ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 1 hour, basting with glaze every 15 minutes.
5. Increase grill heat to medium-high and continue grilling for another 15 minutes, basting frequently until ribs are sticky and caramelized.
6. Remove ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Storage
Store leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and warm in a preheated 300°F (150°C) oven for about 20 minutes.
