Cinnamon Almond Apple Crisp

Ingredients

6 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup old-fashioned oats
0.5 cup all-purpose flour
0.5 cup brown sugar
0.5 cup sliced almonds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
0.25 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice.
3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, almonds, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Stir melted butter into the dry mixture until crumbly.
5. Spread apples in a baking dish and sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples.
6. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
