Ingredients

12 pretzel rods
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup assorted sprinkles

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil.
3. Microwave on medium power for 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
4. Dip each pretzel rod into the melted chocolate, leaving about 2 inches uncovered at the end for easy handling.
5. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing the pretzel on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Sprinkle the chocolate coating with assorted sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
7. Repeat with remaining pretzel rods.
8. Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
