Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup sprinkles or coconut flakes

Instructions

1. Peel the bananas and slice them into 1-inch thick rounds.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil, then microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Dip each banana slice halfway into the melted chocolate and place on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Immediately sprinkle your choice of toppings over the chocolate-dipped part of the banana.
6. Repeat with remaining banana slices and toppings.
7. Freeze the banana bites for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate is set.
