1 lb fresh strawberries
8 oz dark or milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries, ensuring there is no moisture on them.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
4. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, swirling for even coverage.
5. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Storage

Store in an airtight container lined with paper towels in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

Best enjoyed immediately after refrigeration; do not reheat as chocolate may lose texture.
