Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
2. Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
3. Blend the mixture until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Adjust sweetness and cocoa flavor if desired, by adding more honey or cocoa powder.
