1 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs

1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup toasted almonds, chopped
1 cup raisins

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
