Ingredients

2 lbs frozen hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, melted butter, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
