Ingredients

32 oz frozen hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup sour cream
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, ranch dressing, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Stir in the hash browns, cheddar cheese, bacon, onion, and garlic until well incorporated.
4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
