Ingredients
4 oz prosciutto
4 oz salami
4 oz chorizo
6 oz brie cheese
6 oz aged cheddar
6 oz gouda
1 cup mixed olives
1 cup assorted nuts
1 cup dried fruits
2 cups fresh fruits
1 baguette sliced
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup grainy mustard
Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
1. Begin by arranging the cheeses on a large wooden board, ensuring even spacing.
2. Next, fold and place the cured meats around the cheeses, maintaining a visually appealing pattern.
3. Add small piles of mixed olives and assorted nuts in the spaces between.
4. Incorporate dried and fresh fruits to add color and freshness.
5. Slice a baguette and arrange around the edges of the board.
6. Fill small bowls with honey and grainy mustard and place them on the board.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs for a touch of color and aroma.
8. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
