Cauliflower Delight

Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Toss the mixture until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
6. Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 10-12 minutes or until warmed through.
