Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
1 ripe avocado, sliced
4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat a pan over medium heat and lightly toast the sourdough slices on both sides until golden.
2. Drizzle the toasted bread with olive oil.
3. Layer avocado slices evenly on each slice of sourdough.
4. Top with fresh mozzarella slices, followed by tomato slices.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
