Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
3. In a large mixing bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are tender and caramelized.
6. While Brussels sprouts are roasting, in a small bowl, mix together apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
7. Once Brussels sprouts are done, remove from oven, transfer them to a serving dish, and drizzle with the vinegar mixture.
8. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and chopped bacon.
9. Serve warm and enjoy.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
