Candied Citrus Glazed Holiday Ham

Ingredients
1 fully cooked bone-in ham (8-10 lbs)
1 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 orange, sliced into rounds

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, and stud with cloves.
3. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine orange marmalade, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg. Stir until smooth and heated through.
4. Place the ham in a roasting pan and pour half of the glaze over the ham, making sure to cover all sides.
5. Arrange orange slices on top of the ham.
6. Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours.
7. Remove foil, baste with remaining glaze, and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ham is caramelized and a meat thermometer reads 140°F.
8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices in a covered dish in a preheated oven at 300°F for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.
