Ingredients
4 cups broccoli florets
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the bacon strips in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
3. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain and set aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
5. Fold in the cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon into the mixture.
6. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
7. In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
9. Let it cool slightly before serving.
